Flights
Our main program starts on 3 June, and ends on 4 June. In order to participate in the full program, international travelers should plan on arriving in London by noon on 3 June, and departing on 5 June.
Hotels
We have secured a room block at a discounted rate at The Montcalm Brewery Hotel (52 Chiswell St, London EC1Y 4SA, United Kingdom). During registration, you'll have the option to either have Amazon cover the cost of your stay or to pay for it yourself. You are also welcome to book outside the room block, should you so choose.
Day-of Transportation
Round-trip shuttle service to and from the Victoria and Albert Museum on Wednesday, 3 June, and LCY3 on Thursday, 4 June will depart from The Montcalm Brewery Hotel. If you plan to drive separately, please notify us so we can accommodate parking on-site.
